Could Not Save Upload Info

This error message can occur in InCopy or InDesign when clicking the “Save to server” in the CtrlPrint menu and is mostly caused by something missing in the document itself.
There are a few things you can check:

• Do you have any missing fonts?
  
• Are you able to create a pdf locally? Does it look correct without anything missing?
• Is there text on path in the document - if so, try with removing it.
• Are you missing any pictures? If they're stored on a local server there may be an issue there if they're not being displayed properly.
• If endnotes have been added, they will make the document incompatible with Ctrlprint - these must be removed.
