Unwanted Empty Spaces Appear When Using Integrate

If you see any unwanted spaces in your table or text while using CtrlPrint Integrate, it could be due to the following reasons:

  • Please check your Excel file and remove any unwanted empty spaces in your data.

  • Custom cell format can also add unwanted empty spaces so we recommend to review your custom cell format formula.
  • It is recommended to use "Text" as the cell format for cells containing only text.
  • If a space is automatically inserted before and after a number while inserting single-cell text via Integrate, it could be due to "Accounting" cell format. Changing the cell format from "Accounting" to "Number" in Excel can fix this.

Once you have made the changes, add the updated Excel as a new version to your data source. You will see updates available in Integrate. You can see how to update your data here
