How to Work With Content in Digital One

Table of Contents

Open a Section for editing

Go to the relevant section in your project and click Edit.

Edit all sections

It is possible to open and edit all sections in the project.

Depending on permissions and whether a section is currently locked by another user, the different sections will either display as:

  • Possible to edit.

  • View only (due to viewer permissions or a different user is editing the section).
  • No permissions.

Headers

To add a header, select your text and assign the appropriate heading style. For optimal document structure, use Heading 1 for the main heading at the top, then proceed with Heading 2 and Heading 3 for subheadings as needed throughout your content.

Formatting

At the top of the page, you'll find a toolbar where you can adjust text formatting, add subscript or superscript, and create lists and tables.

You can hold down the Shift key to select multiple cells or columns and apply formatting to all selected areas at once.

Search and Replace

To search within the current section, open the Search panel on the right, enter your query, and press Enter.

To replace found content, switch to the Replace tab and enter your new text. You can choose Replace to update one instance, or Replace all to update every instance in the section.

Save and Unlock

All changes are saved automatically as you update the content. To unlock the document, simply click the "Save Version and Unlock"-button at the top of the document.
