- Click the person icon in the top right hand corner. Click: "Enable Admin Mode".
- Click: "Forgot password" and a new one will be sent to the email address associated with your CtrlPrint account. If you do not receive an email within a few minutes check your junk mail folder.
If you are unable to create a new password please contact another Administrator or CtrlPrint support.
