Activate TrackChanges (Admin Guide)

TrackChanges can only be activated once a chapter has been created (link).

Login as an administrator (link).

  1. Click on the user’s company on the left side of the window.
  2. Select the project from the Project section.
  3. Click the toggle next to TrackChanges on the right side of the page.

  1. Click the I agree checkbox.
  2. Click: Activate.

TrackChanges Permissions

An administrator must set a user’s permissions for them to be able to accept/reject changes in the project.

  1. Use the toggles to set a user’s permissions for reject/accept changes as Enabled or Disabled.
  2. You can also choose which colour each user’s changes will be underlined/highlighted with from this menu.
