In the Tagger, there are three status modes for your tags: Review Pending, In Edit, and Final.
These modes are designed to streamline your tagging process.
Review Pending - when you initially apply a tag, it automatically enters the Review Pending status (except when Textblock tagging on the CtrlPrint Frames Layer).
In Edit - if you create an extension, the tag defaults to In Edit status.
You can manually set the status to Final when you've completed your tagging work by right-clicking on the cell(s) and selecting Final:
Key Points to Remember:
Changes to tag properties can only be made when the tag is in Review Pending or In Edit mode unless you have set the Final Status: Property Controls to Editable Properties (see image below).
While in Review Pending and In Edit status, the in-tool validation provides informational warnings; but it's important to note that these warnings do not impact the generated report.
