Update Metadata for Single Sign-On (SSO)

If Single Sign-On (SSO) is activated for your company on CtrlPrint and you need to update the IDP metadata, please follow the below steps.

1. Log in as a Company Administrator. Click on the company name where you wish to update the IDP metadata.
2. Click on the orange cogwheel (settings) icon in the SSO section under Additional Features.

   

3. Click on "Continue".
   
4. Update the metadata for CtrlPrint. This can be done with either a link to the file if it is hosted online (recommended) or by uploading it to our server. Click "Update".
   
5. You company's IDP metadata is now updated.
